Elevate Oklahoma operates under a continuous enrollment program. Upon completing this form on/after 2/14/26, you will not have to fill out an enrollment form for EO again. Congratulations! You are automatically re-enrolled at EO until your student receives their diploma or we receive a written withdrawal request. You will receive the invoice request for re-enrollment in April. Upon receipt of the payment for re-enrollment, you will have access to all the necessary documents for the year on our Branching Bootcamp.
